Nightly: $40 / Weekly: $150 / Monthly: $500
+$25 per additional person over two
We require $200 refundable deposit.
These rates cover all utilities! Our sites will hold RVs up to 36ft only.
Park Rules
Park Rules
Parking and Vehicles
• Two (2) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV
• All vehicles must have current registration, Inspection and License
plates
• All vehicles must be in operational condition
• No boats or flat bed trailers
• No type of mechanical repair, whether to vehicle or RV is allowed
• No parking in grass as they contain spray heads. If damaged, tenant will be charged for repair.
• Parking in vacant RV sites at discretion of management
Arrivals & Departures
• At time of reservation please send current picture of camper (all 4 sides)
• Payment is due at check-in
• Prices are for 2 people. See current rates for additional person charge
• Maximum guest per site is 5
• All Guests must register with Owners
• Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors
• Any occupant staying 3 consecutive days in any one month, will be added to tenant monthly rent.
Pet Rules
• All pets to be on a leash in owner’s hand at all times while walking in
the park
• Clean up after your pet on your Lot and while walking
• Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance
on Lot
• Not cleaning up after your pet will result in initial warning followed by $15 clean up charge
• Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV
• Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave the
Park without a refund.
• Limit two (2) pets per lot
Rig and/or Site Appearance
• No window A/C units
• No boarded windows
• No underpinnings hanging from RV
• No tarp coverings on RV
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its
appearance and/or condition
• All rigs must be in proper working/functioning condition.
• Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection
• It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer
connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses
from escaping
• No open flames or fireplaces such as chimeneas open fire pits (small
personal BBQ grills are allowed)
• Outdoor items should be neat and orderly
• No tires, 55-gallon drums, refrigerators, freezers and other
storage containers are allowed on your site. Storage containers under
rig allowed maintained in neat appearance
• Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled
• Properly size your electric line for your unit
• Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of holiday
General Rules
• Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am.
• Trash must be brought and disposed of in designated dumpster. Not allowed in dumpster: Tires, Oil, Electronics, Construction material, Furniture, Etc.
• Do not hang clothes line outside your RV.
• Keep grass free of all items
• Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially
responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Children under
the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• The Park is not responsible for damages
• The Park will not be responsible for theft or injury occurring during
your stay
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• We do not guarantee the same site, if you choose to extend. Check
with the manager for possible extension
• If payment is not received by the close of the 3rd day after, there will
be a $20.00 per day late fee. If payment is not received by the 5th day, eviction process will take place.
• While on the property, please put all cigarette butts and trash items in the proper
container
• A Quiet Place management or office personnel of the park is in
no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident or
any other cause to the personal possessions of tenant or their guests.
• No big trucks in campground
• We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to
“offenders” of park rules
• EMERGENCIES: call 911
• All personal mail must be sent to your own private P.O. Box (You may have package deliveries directly to your camper)
• Owners reserves the right to change the rules without notice****
